i have never had any issues getting challenging. i am only 31, yesterday was fooling around with the wife and as completed many times before in the course of foreplay she would tie my penis and balls up....i would say that i was tight up for about 10- 15 min...onece it came off i have not been able to get hard, no matter what i do.....and if it does get somewhat difficult it goes away in a flash,......what could have happened???

You aren't supposed to restrict blood flow far more than 5 minutes so you have some mild nerve damage. Give the poor thing a rest for 3 - 5 days and all will return to regular. But if you are attempting to get an additional erection, you are further irritating the scenario and not letting it heal. It isn't a permanent factor, but can become chronic if you do not enable the healing method to take location.
