Q&A: When visiting over night, is it impolite to tell your host that the bedroom accommodations are not acceptable?

Question by Slash: When visiting over night, is it impolite to tell your host that the bedroom accommodations are not acceptable?
They are apparently into bondage (S&M) and the guest bed had chains and restraints attached to it. The chains went across a filthy mattress that was extremely uncomfortable. There had been many items produced of leather that produced me really feel a little uneasy. Like whips, masks, hoods, etc. They live in a little two bedroom house and that room was the only location for me to sleep, so I just did my greatest. Ought to I have spoken up just before going to bed?
