Too numerous occasions I've seen ladies come in with plunging necklines or lace tops where you can see their bra underneath. It is not just the women, there is a man who frequently shows up wearing a bondage collar and studded arm cuffs.
What's with this? Are they trying to make every person else really feel uncomfortable or is it the only way they can get attention? Have you had any expertise with this?
