However, now I am really be concerned simply because when I was attempt to have sex with a woman, my penis only stayed challenging for a small although and I do not feel aroused even though she was pretty hot.

Well first off, not holding a boner throughout sex does not necessarily mean you don't like the girl: could be nerves, too significantly to drink, or just one of those random things that can't genuinely be explained..
Maybe attempt to watch other stuff besides bondage, or lay off the porno for a couple days just before you have sex with the girl.
